RealtyTree ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides a link-in-bio platform for realtors and brokerages to showcase property listings, integrate social media, and manage their online presence.

RealtyTree and its licensors own all rights, titles, and interests in the Service, including trademarks, copyrights, and software.
5. Payment & Subscription Plans
Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your plan.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Changes to Pricing
RealtyTree reserves the right to modify pricing, with notice provided in advance.
6. Termination & Suspension
User Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
Violation of Terms
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you lose access to the Service, and your data may be deleted as per our Data Retention Policy.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy and Security Policy, which outline how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8. Service Availability & Modifications
No Guarantee of Uptime
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Changes & Updates
RealtyTree may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at its discretion.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

RealtyTree provides the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

You agree to indemnify and hold RealtyTree harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, except where prohibited by law.
